Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to the mobile application Jigsaw Puzzles (also referred to as Classic Jigsaw Puzzles) and any associated features, content, or pages (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are provided by Hangzhou HeiChe Technology Co., Ltd and its affiliates (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

We care about protecting your personal information. This Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Services. It does not address the privacy practices of third parties that we do not own or control, except where we describe the service providers we use.

Please read this Policy and our Terms of Service carefully. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information may be used as described here. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services.

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide a notice in the app. Continued use of the Services after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Policy.

1. About the App

Jigsaw Puzzles is a free jigsaw puzzle game for iPhone and iPad. You can browse a library of artworks, choose a difficulty (from 36 to 400 pieces), play on the puzzle board, and keep local progress of puzzles that are in progress or completed.

The current version of the app:

Puzzle progress is saved on your device. Puzzle images are downloaded from our content servers when you use the library.

2. Personal Information That We Collect

Personal information means information that, alone or in combination with other information, may be used to identify you or your device. We collect only what is needed to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

a) Anonymous App User ID

When you first launch the app, we generate a random identifier (UUID) on your device. We store it locally (including in the device Keychain so it can persist if you reinstall the app) and send it to our analytics providers so we can distinguish new installs from returning users. This identifier is not your name, email, phone number, or Apple ID, and we do not use it to create a public profile.

b) Device and App Information

To load the image library, handle requests, and diagnose issues, we may collect:

c) Activity and Usage Data

We use analytics to understand how the Services are used. This may include:

d) Diagnostics

If the app crashes or performs poorly, we may collect crash logs, stack traces, and performance metrics (such as launch time or network timing) so we can find and fix bugs.

e) Information You Provide to Us

The app does not ask you to register. If you email us for support, we will receive whatever you include in that message (typically your email address and the description of the issue).

f) Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your name, mailing address, phone number, payment card, contacts, photos from your camera roll, precise GPS location, or advertising identifier. We do not offer account registration, Facebook/Google login, or cloud sync of your puzzle progress.

3. How We Use Your Personal Information

We use the information above to:

We do not use this information for third-party advertising, targeted ads, or “tracking” as Apple defines that term (linking your data with third-party data for advertising measurement or sharing it with a data broker).

4. How We Share Your Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows.

a) Service Providers

We use third parties to help operate the Services:

Third partyWhat they help us doPrivacy policy
Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance)Usage analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoringhttps://policies.google.com/privacy
TalkingDataUsage analytics and exception reportinghttps://www.talkingdata.com/privacy.jsp?languagetype=en
AppleApp distribution, in-app rating prompts, and related system serviceshttps://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
Content / hosting providersDeliver puzzle images and related resourcesGoverned by our agreements with those providers

These providers process information on our behalf. They may process data on servers outside your country.

b) Affiliates, Business Transfers, and Legal Requirements

We may share information with our affiliates under this Policy; with a successor if we merge, are acquired, or sell related assets; or when we reasonably believe disclosure is required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, or security of users, the public, or us.

c) With Your Consent

We may share information for other purposes if you ask us to or give consent.

5. Local Data on Your Device

Puzzle progress, completed status, and related game data are stored in a local database on your device. This data stays on the device unless you choose to share it (for example, by sending a screenshot) or unless a diagnostic report incidentally includes technical context. Uninstalling the app deletes local game data. The anonymous User ID stored in Keychain may remain until you delete it via a request to us or by resetting device keychain data.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The mobile app is not a website and does not use browser cookies. It does use software development kits (SDKs) that assign identifiers, record events, and send diagnostic data, as described above.

You can limit some analytics by changing device settings (for example, iOS Analytics & Improvements, or resetting the advertising identifier in case a future version requests it). Turning off network access will prevent the library and analytics from working as designed.

Because we do not use IDFA or App Tracking Transparency in the current version, there is no in-app tracking permission prompt.

7. Marketing

We do not send marketing emails, push notifications, or SMS. If that changes, we will update this Policy and obtain any consent required by law.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including using HTTPS for network requests. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please use the Services with that understanding.

9. International Transfers

We are a company based in the People’s Republic of China. Information may be processed in China, or in other countries where our affiliates or service providers (including Google and TalkingData) maintain facilities. Those places may have data-protection laws that differ from the laws where you live. If you do not want your information processed outside your country, please stop using the Services.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, see Section 13.

10. Access, Modification, and Deletion

Because the app has no user account, there is no in-app profile to edit. You may:

We may need to verify the request. Some records may be retained where we must keep them for legal, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.

11. Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy or as required by law:

12. Children

The Services are not directed to children under the age of sixteen (16), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have received information from a child under 16, please contact us at ningcaoNine@gmail.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

13. Special Notice to Individuals in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

This section applies if you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland when we collect information.
